Mary was outstanding to work with. Her negotiation skills allowed us to pay a fair price while satisfying the sellers’ expectations. She stayed on top of all the contract steps, closing requirements were very important as the sellers were heirs of an estate and there were corrections that needed to be made to the deed as part of closing. We relied on her both before closing as well as a lot since then, to identify reliable and responsive contractors to do everything from the inspections to a variety of skills we needed for remodeling. We have already closed but Mary continues to be a valuable and critical resource, and friend to us, as we work on remodeling in preparation of moving in. We had a very difficult sale, the sellers just had trouble getting their stuff together. None the less, Mary had our backs the entire way through the process. Anyone can manage an easy sale with no kinks, but the proof of a great agent is one who can handle the difficult problems. From start to finish, Mary was there to help us get moved into our home and we could not be happier with the attention to detail, the recommended ancillary personnel (ie: inspectors, lawyers, etc).
